TableNow provides an AI-powered phone answering service designed for restaurants. The Service includes:

• 24/7 automated call handling
• Reservation management
• Order taking and processing
• Menu and business information responses
• Integration with restaurant management systems
• Call analytics and reporting

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your account information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Fees

Service fees are based on the subscription plan you select. Current pricing is available on our website.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
• Payment is due upon invoice receipt
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

5. Service Level and Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions for maintenance
• Outages due to factors beyond our control
• Issues caused by third-party services or integrations

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate menu and business information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Service
• Maintain appropriate licenses for your restaurant operations
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries forwarded by our system

7. Data and Privacy

Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to:

• Use of data to improve AI algorithms
• Storage of call recordings as specified in our Privacy Policy
• Sharing of data with integrated third-party services

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, algorithms, trademarks, and content, belong to TableNow. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer our software
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TableNow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months
• We are not responsible for errors in AI responses or missed calls due to technical issues
• We are not liable for losses resulting from third-party integrations

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TableNow from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you provide to the Service

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

• With 30 days' written notice for convenience
• Immediately for material breach of these Terms
• Upon non-payment of fees

Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service and your data may be deleted after 30 days.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notification.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Arbitration or courts in Paris, France as a last resort

14. Third-Party Authentication

TableNow uses Google Sign-In for user authentication. By using Google Sign-In, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account Permissions.
